We are thrilled to introduce Tim, our new Managing Director of Development Management at David Lovely Group. With a rich experience spanning 16 years in Property and Real Estate Development, Tim has worked for respected businesses, managing high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, primarily in Central London. His career highlights include overseeing the delivery of over 1 million sq ft of real estate, with a combined Gross Development Value of more than £2 billion.

This 5000 square foot construction is part of a boutique bespoke collection of Cotswold homes, designed and developed by David Lovely. As one of five new builds in the region, it showcases our commitment to merging traditional architecture with modern design. Each home in this collection, with its spacious interiors, luxury amenities, and stunning countryside views, stands as a testament to David Lovely's dedication to creating high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing living spaces that exceed client expectations and enhance property value.

COTSWOLDS

The Nook, a project in the Cotswolds, showcases the versatility and creativity of David Lovely's design and development expertise. Starting with a derelict timber house, we meticulously restored it into an eco-friendly home, paying attention to every detail. The end result is a beautifully crafted bedroom cottage, part of our boutique bespoke collection of Cotswold homes.

A particular focus was placed on interior design. Unique features were incorporated to enhance the living space, making each room distinct yet harmoniously blended. The Nook now stands as an emblem of sustainable living, without compromising on style and comfort. This project not only adds to the charm of the Cotswolds but also demonstrates our commitment to creating environmentally friendly, unique, and aesthetically pleasing living spaces.
